A Brief Overview
The Commercial Documentation Analyst I is responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the documentation on commercial loans by following established lending policies and procedures. This role is responsible for providing prompt and accurate service to lending personnel. The Commercial Documentation Analyst I is a multi-functional, customer-oriented individual who relies on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of this job. Wage Range : Min: $19.51, Mid: $23.45, Max: $27.39 What you will do
Analyze commercial loan documents prior to and immediately following the loan closing to ensure quality and accuracy. Identify and evaluate severity of deficiencies and take necessary measures to remedy. Report all loan review findings in a clear and concise manner to lenders and senior management. Examine loan approvals for proper execution and delivery. Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions based upon bank policies, procedures, knowledge and experience. Adhere to bank policies, procedures, industry/market standards, and advice of legal counsel. Manage multiple tasks and respond to pressure and change with poise and confidence. Other Qualifications/Requirements
Able to learn programs such as: LaserPro, INFO-ACCESS, OnBase, SharePoint, Xperience. Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum and minimum 2 years commercial loan documentation preparation preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Less than 1-year Commercial Loan Underwriting/Analyst preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Who We Are
