is seeking a Leasing Professional who brings enthusiasm, people skills, and a drive for success.

120 hours (0–4 years) / 160 hours (5+ years)

Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting prospects via phone, email, and in-person tours
Completing lease agreements and collecting deposits
Maintaining accurate resident files and property records
Ensuring model apartments and common areas are show‑ready
Managing leads and follow‑ups through CRM software
Creating marketing opportunities, including local outreach and social media
Supporting community events and resident engagement activities
Responding promptly to resident needs and concerns
Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Previous leasing experience preferred, but customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Professional appearance and communication skills
Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Knowledge of Entrata software a bonus
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Availability to work Saturdays
