
Field Sales Operations Lead, US Enterprise

The Sales Operations team is seeking an analytical and dynamic Sales Operations professional to support our Enterprise cross‑Industry business. This role is a key business stakeholder and partner for the industry team, driving revenue and business operations to achieve the highest standards and delivery of sales results. The incumbent will work cross‑functionally to help the Enterprise field team land and execute strategic priorities and goals. The role requires a self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate effectively in a matrixed environment.
Support the rhythm of business activities such as Annual Planning Cycles, territory and resource planning, forecasting, Monthly Business Reviews, and other cadence reporting and metrics.
Navigate internal systems and tools to deliver predictable reporting, analyze business trends, and make business recommendations to senior management.
Lead the strategic definition of key sales support systems and processes to meet growth trajectory and revenue & market development objectives.
Define and enforce vision, policy, and processes for end‑to‑end territory planning, account alignment, sales compensation management, headcount planning, and revenue goals planning.
Assist Sales Leaders in evaluating and forecasting attainment against quotas using CRM tools and providing ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Development, Finance, Partner teams, and other technical/non‑technical units.
Build and experiment with the latest tools, including GenAI, to drive business results.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.

Base salary range for this position varies by location and includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
