This role supports a sales team by owning HubSpot CRM administration, sales reporting, and day-to-day operational needs. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and the field team to ensure systems, data, and reporting are accurate, reliable, and easy to use. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, centered on building and maintaining sales workflows, dashboards, and reporting that help the team operate efficiently. Note:

This position is focused on Sales Operations and field support. While reporting and analytics are part of the role, it is not a data science or research position. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Commercial Analytics Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience (required) Proven ability to build CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting (not just maintain them) Experience directly supporting a field sales team (sales enablement focus over marketing ops) Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications

Life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industry experience Experience working with regulated or sensitive data (HIPAA a plus) Exposure to advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir) SQL, Python, or advanced data analysis experience What You’ll Do

Serve as the HubSpot system administrator, owning objects, properties, permissions, workflows, and data governance Build and maintain workflow automations supporting lead tracking, sales activity, and operational processes Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and adoption across the sales organization Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting

Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track pipeline health, engagement, and performance Own forecasting logic, pipeline stages, and productivity metrics Translate sales data into actionable insights and sales action plans Field Enablement & Support

Act as the primary operational support partner for the sales team Handle real-time CRM updates, reporting requests, and data needs so sellers can stay focused on revenue Create documentation and provide training on CRM workflows and best practices Proactively identify and resolve operational blockers impacting field execution Data Infrastructure (Nice to Have)

Support data integrations and automated data pipelines across CRM and analytics tools Assist with predictive modeling and advanced analytics initiatives as needed Onsite in Chicago: 5 days per week Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm CST Contract Pay Rate: $50–$65/hr (W2 or 1099)
