We’re seeking a highly skilled BA to lead enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives focused on modernizing marketing, data, and personalization platforms. This role is pivotal in translating business vision into structured, actionable product specifications and driving delivery across Adobe’s Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will work across Adobe AEM, CJA, and AEP to interpret business objectives into comprehensive functional specifications, guiding the design and delivery of integrated solutions that enable seamless customer experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve strategic capability roadmaps across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, including AEM, AEP, CJA. Translate business goals into detailed functional specifications and user stories aligned with Adobe platform capabilities and delivery timelines. Ensure end‑to‑end traceability from business requirements through design, development, and deployment across integrated Adobe solutions. Oversee delivery quality, ensuring solutions meet expectations for scalability, performance, and user experience across Adobe tools. Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Creative teams to manage interlocks, document workflows, and align on system designs and enablement materials. Key Contributions
Define and manage scope across multi‑solution initiatives, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility and platform readiness. Lead prioritization of features and capabilities based on business impact, dependencies, and platform maturity. Drive execution of product deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product ownership, platform strategy, or business analysis within enterprise marketing or technology organizations. Strong understanding of campaign orchestration, content workflows, and customer data platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $72,800 - $169,470. Benefits
