What You’ll Do:
Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects
Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs
Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents
Mentor and supervise PE's, EITs, and junior engineers
Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery
Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
PE license required (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly)
10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio
Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction
What We Offer:
Base salary $120,000 to $160,000, determined by experience and qualifications

A minimum of 15 days PTO, increasing with experience
401k match of 4% and Roth 401K option
One full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually
