What You’ll Do:
Drive Business Development : Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors—residential, commercial, municipal, and beyond.
Grow the Team : Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.
Oversee Projects : Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho's growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.
Requirements:
Licensed Architect (ID or eligible for reciprocity)
10+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles
Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge
Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset
Experience in residential, commercial, or municipal design sectors a plus
What We Offer: We are targeting a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000, but it is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.
