Role The Director, Strategic Initiatives partners with Commercial Leadership & Strategy & Business Development to execute high-impact initiatives across the assigned business unit. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Business Development, this role drives strategic programs that improve market performance, strengthen go-to-market execution, & deliver growth & transformation outcomes.

The role leads enterprise-wide commercial & transformation initiatives spanning GTM execution, operating model evolution, customer experience, & cross-functional alignment, requiring strong strategic judgment & the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Program Execution

Lead orchestration of channel-level strategic initiatives aligned to Professional Solutions and Commercial priorities

Translate strategy into actionable implementation roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics

Own execution of the top growth and transformation initiatives across the assigned business unit

Identify risks, dependencies, and performance gaps; drive timely course correction

Serve as a strategic liaison between the SVP, commercial leadership, and cross-functional partners

Business & Strategic Planning

Lead annual and mid-term strategic planning cycles in partnership with Finance, business leaders, and Strategy teams

Provide insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making

Translate strategic objectives into tangible business plans and performance metrics

Partner with Finance and Business Planning on forecasting and scenario planning for channel initiatives

Cross-Functional Alignment & Change Leadership

Partner with Strategy & Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure alignment with global and regional priorities

Support transformation initiatives related to GTM evolution, service profitability, field structure, and operating model design

Lead change management and communication to drive adoption across field and corporate teams

Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, bringing clarity to complex, ambiguous initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field

10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations or strategic initiatives

Proven success leading cross-functional, enterprise-level programs

Financial acumen with ability to translate insights into action

Experience operating effectively in a complex, matrixed environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or advanced degree preferred

Strategic agility in navigating complex markets

Background in top-tier management consulting

Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders

Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Comfort leading through ambiguity across global teams

Pay Range:171,027.00-244,254.60
