The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Video Content team. This will be an intensive creative and video production position. The Fellow will be exposed to high priority video projects for the organization including but not limited to New Nissan Stadium content development, premium experience content curation, gameday and partnership obligations and original content series development. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the production of brand related content including brand campaigns, game day presentation, commercials, and paid social. Film and edit projects for New Nissan Stadium, corporate partners, and game day experience. Film and edit projects related to our organizational initiatives, marketing, fan engagement, and community impact departments. Participate in brainstorming, ideation and content development for various creative projects. Collaborate and assist on the productions of social and long-form feature projects when needed. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Video Production, Film, or related field preferred Experience Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus, but not required) Working knowledge of prosumer level camera equipment – specifically Sony Cinema line (FX3, FX6, FX9) Working knowledge of three-point lightning technique for interviews, color grading post-production workflows, and multi-cam productions preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN Those selected for further consideration will be contacted by someone from the Tennessee Titans.
