The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Stadium Marketing Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting marketing initiatives for the current Nissan Stadium and new Nissan Stadium, opening in early 2027. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027. Job Responsibilities: Ensure cohesive presentation of branding and marketing/informational messaging across physical signage and digital platforms for opening of the new Nissan Stadium. Support ticket sales campaigns of concerts and major events along with ticketing team and external promoters. Promote public and private stadium tour offerings. Support special event booking team through lead generation initiatives. Collaborate across multiple internal teams to follow campaign planning and project management processes. Optimize interactive stadium campus map for each event & game, working with internal and external stakeholders. Organize meeting agenda items and recap discussions with next steps. Conduct competitive analysis of other major and local venue marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred Experience Experience in and understanding of digital marketing platform publishing and analyzing KPIs preferred Proficiency in using project management platforms (i.e., Wrike, Asana, Basecamp) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams required Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor and illustrating judgment when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed This is an in-person role located in Nashville, TN
