The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Graphic Design Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Graphic Design team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027. Job Responsibilities: Support digital and social teams by creating designed content and demonstrating brand consistency across all platforms. Help build out print assets and promotional materials for marketing efforts. Effectively communicate with project managers regarding project statuses and deadlines. Must be able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. Participate in brainstorms and discussions on branding and visual identity. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Graphic Design, or related field preferred Experience Proficiency in in software programs including Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe After Effects preferred, but not required Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN Those selected for further consideration will be contacted by someone from the Tennessee Titans.
