Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own the long‑term strategy for audience creation and activation measurement capabilities across KPM.
- Define a cohesive roadmap that unifies data science methodologies and scalable platform capabilities into a repeatable and efficient deployment model.
- Monitor industry trends (audience science, attribution, incrementality, retail media) to inform future product direction.
Scaled Science Pipeline Ownership
- Oversee the scaled science pipelines that generate audiences, model scores, and campaign measurement outputs.
- Ensure pipelines are reliable, efficient, and operate with rigorous governance and data quality standards.
- Drive continuous pipeline innovation with Data Science and Engineering to improve accuracy, performance, and automation.
Methodology Leadership
- Own and advance measurement methodologies (e.g., lift, incrementality approaches, attribution science).
- Drive methodology innovation, ensuring alignment with evolving market standards and KPM’s commercial strategy.
- Champion transparency, scientific rigor, and repeatability across all measurement outputs.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Commercial Strategy & Activation to deeply understand customer needs and ensure our capabilities address market gaps.
- Partner with Engineering to define scalable, extensible APIs and supporting technical architecture.
- Align with cross‑domain product peers so audience & measurement capabilities integrate seamlessly across KPM products.
Execution & Delivery
- Guide your team to deliver against roadmap commitments with clarity, focus, and disciplined prioritization.
- Ensure your products meet high standards for scalability, performance, and technical architecture suitability.
- Maintain accountability for outcomes, not just output, by measuring and communicating the value delivered to customers and the business.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Provide coaching on product management, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and technical fluency.
- Build a strong, empowered team culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience owning complex, technical, data or ML‑driven products.
- Proven success leading and developing Product Managers or other direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, influence cross‑functional partners, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency, including understanding of machine learning concepts, API‑based architectures, and data pipelines.
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments and providing clarity, direction, and prioritization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech/MarTech, retail media, or related data‑driven marketing ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience collaborating with Data Science teams on model development, measurement frameworks, or experimentation design.
- Familiarity with identity resolution, privacy‑preserving data practices, and cross‑channel measurement.
- Proven ability to define and scale capabilities that power multiple downstream product experiences (vs. owning front‑end or UI).

- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

Pay Range
$157,000—$273,750 USD
