Experience & Qualifications Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or similar accreditation
- 10 years experience in accounting as an expat
- Experience with the Big 4 audit firms preferred
- Managing multi-functional accounting and finance department
- Strong management experience with a solid track record
- Strategic mindset
- IFRS or US GAAP
- Financial information systems and implementing technological solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging and hedging tools
- Involved in Mergers and Acquisition processes
- Strong experience leading the company's digital transformation
- Full expat package to be discussed
