
Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead business development across the Southeast region (GA preferred, covering FL, NC, SC, TN, AL). Operating from a home office, this role focuses on growing revenue through proactive account management, channel strategy, and exceptional customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong sales acumen to manage multimillion-dollar pipelines and deliver sustained growth over the coming years.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 base per year + bonus OTE $200,000 - $250,000
Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales and channel operations within the assigned territory, including representatives, distributors, and key strategic partners. Develop and execute territory growth plans, aligning customer goals with company capabilities. Build and maintain forecast models to achieve revenue objectives. Deliver technical product training and pre-sales support to key accounts. Collaborate with internal teams on product development, order management, and quality initiatives. Uphold professional, ethical, and compliant sales practices while representing our client.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in electronics or avionics. 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, application support, or engineering management. Knowledge of aerospace or commercial electronics markets preferred. Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553, ARINC, or avionics communication protocols. Strong communication, presentation, and CRM proficiency. Self-starter capable of managing remote operations with minimal supervision.
