We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to manage residential and commercial loan files from submission through closing. This role requires strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
Submit complete loan packages to lenders
Order and track third-party items (appraisal, title, insurance, VOE, etc.)
Clear lender conditions and follow up as needed
Communicate with borrowers, brokers, lenders, and title companies
Maintain accurate pipeline status and notes
Ensure files meet lender and compliance requirements
Assist with closing coordination
Requirements
2+ years loan processing experience (residential, bridge, DSCR, or hard money preferred)
Strong understanding of loan documentation and conditions
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
Preferred
Experience with non-QM, DSCR, bridge, or investor loans
Brokerage or private lending environment experience
