Overview
FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail-oriented Medical Insurance Agents to join our growing team. We offer salary, along with commission for every sale closed, along with additional bonus opportunities! NO CHARGE BACKS for MAPD sales! We are now also providing Medicare Supplements to our clients.
Job Details Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000 - $150,000 per year
Work Location: Troy, MI, 48084
License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available there-after for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges
Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and PDP via inbound leads (no cold calling at all ever!)
Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow ups and callbacks
Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits
Qualifications You will already have solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience. You understand how to listen to customer needs with patience and present products/answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. You are positive, passionate, and productive. You are comfortable with computers and utilizing multiple screens and programs at once.
Excellent verbal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Motivated, ambitious and energetic
Basic computer knowledge
Sales experience preferred
