Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Global Human Resources Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic transformation projects across all HRTT BPO accounts worldwide. This position demands effective collaboration with regional and process transformation leaders to deliver cohesive, efficient, and innovative HR services on a global scale. Focus areas include Employee Data Management, Contact Center operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive global transformation roadmap that aligns with the BPO Global HR strategy.
Coordinate with regional and process transformation leaders worldwide to ensure consistency and synergy in initiatives.
Identify opportunities for global process standardization, automation, and digital enhancement.
Lead the rollout of global HR technology solutions and strategically utilize available assets.
Promote the adoption of self-service and AI-driven HR solutions.
Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure effective execution and change management.
Ensure compliance with international labor laws, GDPR standards, and corporate policies.
Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs to assess the global impact of transformation initiatives.
Success Metrics Reduction in global process cycle times and error rates.
Enhancement in employee satisfaction scores regarding HR services globally.
Achievement of automation and digital solution adoption targets worldwide.
This role is open for applicants throughout the USA. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Required Skills & Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles focused on global transformation.
A proven track record of managing large-scale HR process improvements and technology implementations globally.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and automation tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams within a global matrix structure.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
