You will ensure robust management of our credit granting protocols, play a key role in approving significant credit exposures, and lead our credit department. Your collaboration with portfolio managers and credit analysts will be vital in strategically structuring and negotiating loan requests, all while maintaining compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in credit roles within community or larger banks and financial services firms. You should possess comprehensive expertise in managing complex commercial real estate, C&I lending, SBA lending, and construction financing, along with substantial delegated credit authority. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in regulatory examinations, policy development, and a proven track record in underwriting and structuring complex commercial banking transactions.
