Key Responsibilities:
Guide and oversee all Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to ensure project success.
Manage financial aspects of projects, including effective bidding and budgeting strategies.
Foster a culture of excellence and adherence to high-quality standards within project teams.
Exhibit an approachable and hands-on leadership style while being dependable for your team.
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in the Commercial Paint or Coatings industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present products and services effectively to clients.
Proficient in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools.
Direct experience in commercial painting is essential.
A proven record of utilizing technology to boost client service and operational efficiency.
