About the Role We are looking for an experienced insurance sales broker who is willing and able to generate clients in the Hamilton area. The successful applicant will be results‑driven, personable, a gifted communicator, and community‑oriented.

Create a high‑quality book of personal/commercial business through actively pursuing new business opportunities
Provide appropriate solutions to client’s insurance needs through analyzing information and assessing risk
Stay up to date with insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends
Respond to leads, as well as identify cross selling opportunities
Embody the values of Youngs Insurance
Licence / Certification
RIBO License required (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)
Requirements
Valid RIBO license in good standing
Proven experience generating insurance sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of insurance products
The ability to thrive in a commission‑based role
