Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Your Mission We’re looking for a hands-on VP of Sales to build, scale, and lead our enterprise revenue engine through our next phase of growth. This is a build-and-scale role for a sales leader ready to take ownership of the company’s next major revenue inflection point and help drive the business toward Series C readiness.

You will partner closely with our CEO and executive team to evolve our GTM motion, improve forecast accuracy, and scale a repeatable enterprise sales organization.

Part of your day-to-day

Own company-wide Net New ARR, including forecasting, quota setting, and delivery against growth targets.

Lead and scale the global Sales organisation (AEs, Sales Leaders, BDRs, SE/VE partners as applicable), with clear performance standards and accountability.

Design and execute the enterprise GTM strategy, covering outbound, inbound, and expansion motions.

Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to align roadmap, messaging, and customer commitments.

Establish and maintain a predictable sales operating cadence (pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspection, QBRs).

Own sales hiring, onboarding, enablement, and performance management, building a high bar and durable culture.

Ensure disciplined deal quality and customer expectation management, balancing near-term revenue with long-term retention and NRR.

Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tooling, and data quality in partnership with RevOps.

Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy, planning, and execution.

Represent Mimica credibly with enterprise customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
