
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the United States for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving regional sales targets. Regular travel within the assigned region may be required as part of the role.
Qualifications
Experience in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills to effectively lead and support the sales team
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
Proven track record in building and managing business relationships within the industry
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience may also be considered
Experience in the regenerative medicine or healthcare industry is a plus
