The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing and expanding accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, overseeing the sales process, tracking orders, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with the internal team to meet client needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to achieve business growth and retention goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management proficiency, including the ability to multitask and handle deadlines
Familiarity with the industrial or construction supply industry is a strong advantage
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address and resolve client concerns effectively
