As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales journey. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to help customers understand and realize the value of a cutting-edge GenAI platform. What you’ll be doing
Partnering with Account Executives to design tailored technical solutions Running impactful demos and proof-of-value engagements Supporting security and technical evaluations Feeding customer insights back to Product and Engineering Helping ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to onboarding What they’re looking for
2+ years in a customer-facing technical role Strong familiarity with modern software development tools Comfortable in the command line and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership Nice to have
Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar tooling.
