Inside Sales Account Representative — Direct Account Manager
Work with small-to-medium-sized business advertisers, nurturing a high volume of high-value active accounts to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, retain and grow existing advertisers by maximizing revenue potential.
Lead discovery, strategy, and campaign management calls by cultivating and maintaining a strong, positive relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for active accounts by sharing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations, and pitching campaigns to sell new ideas and drive incremental revenue.
Nurture a medium volume of accounts; upsell, cross‑sell, or activate existing and new accounts.
Have end‑to‑end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, progression, close and post‑close account management.
Create customized pricing, quotes and contracts using online applications – as needed.
Qualify leads from Sales Development Representatives.
Participate in client management calls.
Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
Develop an understanding of partner business goals and translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain and grow relationships.
Document all sales‑cycle aspects in various CRMs and use LinkedIn to identify potential targets.
Develop campaign or program materials.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of six months full‑cycle sales experience or one year of media, marketing, or digital advertising experience.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of full‑cycle sales experience.
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling and emailing.
Experience in technology and technology sales focusing on digital advertising, media and marketing.
Quota‑based sales experience with tangible performance impact and attainment.
Bachelor’s degree.
Interest in industry knowledge expansion through training and certifications.
Commitment to structured sales training and processes.
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA.
