About the Role
As a Luxury Leasing Agent, you will work with discerning clients to identify, tour, and secure high-end rental properties throughout Downtown Chicago. You’ll serve as a trusted guide through the leasing process, combining market expertise with exceptional service. Who We’re Looking For
Assist clients in identifying luxury apartment options that align with their lifestyle, budget, and location preferences Conduct in-person and virtual property tours Maintain strong knowledge of downtown Chicago neighborhoods, buildings, and market trends Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through application, approval, and move-in Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, property managers, and internal team members Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy across listings, applications, and follow-ups Deliver a consistently positive, high-touch client experience Qualifications
Assist clients in identifying luxury apartment options that align with their lifestyle, budget, and location preferences Deep familiarity with Downtown Chicago neighborhoods and rental inventory Highly detail-oriented , organized, and reliable Positive attitude with a client-first mindset Able to work independently while managing multiple clients and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and listing platforms What We Offer
