Originations Analyst
to join up with our client, a
Fortune 100 Bank located in Uptown Dallas . As part of their Commercial Real Estate Group, this role will support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of commercial real estate debt transactions across the U.S. You’ll work closely with senior originators, credit, legal, and asset management teams, and interact directly with borrowers and brokers. Key Responsibilities
Support deal sourcing and manage incoming deal flow from broker and borrower relationships Analyze and help structure commercial real estate debt opportunities Review offering memorandums and conduct market and property-level research Build and review financial models and prepare deal summaries for senior management Participate in deal and market update meetings with the origination team Coordinate third-party due diligence and support underwriting, legal, and securitization efforts Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in some type of commercial real estate/analytical role Basic understanding of real estate, mortgages, accounting, and finance Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
