Reporting to the Vice President of Circular Services, the purpose of this role is to develop strategic relationships with sector colleagues and customers to promote Circular Services and win new service and product business. The goal will be to establish Circular Services into all existing sector customers, then grow each opportunity to its maximum potential. Focusing initially on the podium customers and systematically working through them all to identify the quick wins and short to medium term strategies required for achieving that goal. You will be working closely with the sector account manager and client director to ensure an account plan is in place and drive growth accordingly. Attending all sector meetings and reviews as the trusted expert and report on progress we make and remove barriers as you go. Success in the role will be measured by the traction made and progress towards the sector targets. You will be allocated a sector which will be your primary focus; however other tasks are expected of you from time to time to promote and develop Circular Services in general. This role can sit in either Livermore, CA, Buffalo Grove, IL, or Alpharetta, GA. What you\'ll be doing

Ability to provide consultative solutions sales that covers the commercial and operational elements of providing an end-to-end asset disposal service. Knowledge of services and remarketing solutions for end of first use technology products ranging from workplace, networking, mobility and data center devices. Understand how to identify and communicate customer objectives and strategies. Able to take an opportunity from inception all the way through the sales cycle, managing RFI, RFP process and preparing responses and contractual documentation. Understanding of Circular Services, solutions and internal processes used in the delivery of end-to-end services. Ability to manage customer expectations. Ability to build effective and constructive relationships with customers and across opportunities. Ability to resolve significant customer issues while moving the business forward. Working with other team members, ability to negotiate complex services and solutions. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that goals and results are properly aligned. Stakeholder Management

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and potential issues. Act as the point of contact for key stakeholders. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, financial and legal risks relevant aspects affecting our industry. Resolve issues that may affect program progress, ensuring timely escalation and solutions. Implement strategies for problem-solving within the program. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Develop and deliver program status reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance program performance. Budget & Resource Management

Ensure resource optimization, effective budgeting, and financial management. Work with finance teams to track and adjust expenditures. Quality Control

Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations. Drive the use of best practices for program execution. Change Management

Manage changes within the program, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary. Support the team in adapting to organizational or process changes and transitions. Additional Responsibilities

Link between CCUS and CCUK / Germany Sales teams for new & existing opportunities. What you have

Legally eligible to work in the United States. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management or related field, or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products. Virtual Team working and collaboration skills. Personable and professional, great team player and able to always represent the company in an ethical manner. Eager to learn all aspects of the business and become a trusted expert that our colleagues and customers can count on. Confident in presenting both internally and externally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language Thrives in a busy and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining an upbeat outlook to our clients and team members.
