Negotiate contracts to maximize short- and long-term value.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and sales forecasts.
Educate clients and prospects on services and solutions.
Position Requirements:
Staffing or property management experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent phone-based sales skills with a sense of urgency.
Strong business judgment in fast-paced environments.
Effective time management and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Openness to real-time feedback and continuous improvement.
