
EAE USA is seeking a driven and experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to lead sales growth across the Western United States. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing manufacturer representatives, distributors, and key customer relationships while executing regional sales strategy and driving revenue performance. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, commercially savvy, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, field-based environment with significant travel. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned manufacturer representatives and distributors Drive regional sales growth through strategic account development, joint sales calls, and customer engagement Support the full sales cycle including quotations, pricing, order entry, and order management Lead customer presentations, jobsite visits, and marketing events Host customer visits to U.S. headquarters and support international HQ visits as needed Ensure regional partners meet or exceed performance targets Conduct annual reviews and performance planning with representatives and distributors Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, CRM accuracy, and sales operations Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and vertical market opportunities Represent EAE USA at trade shows and industry events Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–6+ years of enterprise-level sales, technical sales, or commercial account management experience Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP platforms (SAP preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to manage a large territory and travel extensively Preferred Experience
Electrical power distribution or busway systems Vertical market specialization (Data Centers, Industrial, Automotive, Infrastructure, etc.) Technical or electrical industry background Why Join EAE USA
