Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community and or Home Setting
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
Job Type PRN (pro re nata) – a per diem basis. PRN therapists have flexibility to choose when they work, can accept or decline cases based on availability, and work in ALF and residential home settings.
