We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Assistant Property Manager
or
Property Manager
to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of residential and/or commercial properties. The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties Market vacant units and coordinate leasing activities Screen prospective tenants and manage move-ins/move-outs Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquencies Prepare budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements Hire, supervise, and work with contractors and service vendors Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety standards Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations Maintain accurate records, leases, and documentation Qualifications
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of property management laws and best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Proficiency with property management software and basic accounting Real estate license or property management certification
