You will be responsible for navigating the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects, from initial land acquisition and due diligence to the final sale or leasing of a project.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Transactions:
Negotiate and document purchase and sale agreements for commercial and industrial properties.
Project Development:
Counsel clients on land use approvals, zoning, and project delivery systems for large-scale and mixed-use developments.
Financing:
Manage complex financing transactions, including asset-based financing, construction financing, and permanent loans.
Leasing:
Oversee commercial leasing matters from the perspective of owners, managers, and tenants.
Dispute Resolution:
Advise on construction law, contract preparation, and the resolution of real estate disputes, including loan workouts.
