Customer Account Representative
to join their growing team. This position is 100% onsite in Naperville, IL. Responsibilities
Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and scheduling repair or maintenance service while selling additional products and services. Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to residential and/or commercial customers. Ability to resolve customer questions and/or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing appropriate solutions. Create and maintain personal/team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly. Requirements
2+ years Customer Service experience 2+ years of working in an office space Strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
