
Overview
PWF is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our presence across the window coverings and related industries. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with distributors and manufacturers, and representing Praesto’s product line with professionalism, technical understanding, and consultative sales expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2B environment, excels at solution‑oriented communication, and is motivated by both relationship development and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage potential clients within the window coverings, fabrication, and related manufacturing sectors from a B2B perspective.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, product presentations, and sales calls to introduce solutions and move prospects through the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing industry with B2B sales experience.
Sales experience in manufacturing; open to a startup environment and willingness to build it out.
Outbound sales experience; B2B sales driven.

Job Type & Location: Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr. Full benefits are provided (Health, dental, medical, and Life). PTO and 401K are also provided.
Workplace: This is a fully remote position.
