As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our marketing execution—managing campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance, and ensuring our brand shows up professionally across every channel. You'll work closely with our sales and leadership teams to support business development efforts and strengthen our market presence. This role requires someone who can

write sharp copy, design clean visuals, manage multiple projects, and move fast —all while keeping the details tight. What You'll Do

Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) Write compelling copy for newsletters, email campaigns, website, and marketing collateral Design marketing materials using Canva and other design tools Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints Campaign Execution & Project Management: Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional initiatives Manage the marketing calendar and track project timelines with precision Collaborate with sales, leadership, and external vendors to deliver on time Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) Use Salesforce to track marketing activities and measure ROI Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Administrative & Operations Support: Maintain marketing databases and CRM records in Salesforce Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and support day-to-day marketing operations Organize and maintain digital asset libraries Sales & Business Support: Pull UCC filings and assist with prospect and account research Organize, transfer, and merge records within the Salesforce database to maintain data accuracy Support account managers with adding, removing, and managing accounts in their assigned databases Post job openings and assist with screening and organizing resumes for sales positions Assist with coordinating internal events such as holiday parties, President’s Club, and company celebrations What You'll Bring

Must-Haves: Tech-savvy

with hands-on experience in

Salesforce, Excel, Canva , and social media platforms Exceptional writing skills —you can craft clear, compelling, professional copy Design capabilities —comfortable creating graphics, presentations, and marketing materials Highly organized —you manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep details tight Self-starter mentality —you take initiative, solve problems, and don't wait to be told what to do Analytical mindset —you understand metrics and can translate data into actionable insights Nice-to-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required) Experience with email marketing platforms Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising Background in B2B marketing, financial services, or commercial industries Who You Are
