
Overview
Job Purpose : To ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the corporate office by managing facilities, office supplies, travel coordination, vendor management, and supporting various internal teams with logistics and administrative needs. Facility Management
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the office premises. Supervise housekeeping, security, and pantry services. Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment.
Vendor Management
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, stationery, pantry items, etc. Maintain purchase records and negotiate vendor contracts. Track and verify vendor bills for timely payments.
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain an updated inventory of office supplies and assets. Coordinate with IT and HR for onboarding/offboarding support.
Event & Meeting Support
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Arrange meeting rooms, stationery, refreshments, and tech support as needed.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies for administrative operations. Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory; specialization in Administration preferred). 2–5 years of experience in office administration or facility management. Prior experience in a corporate setup is preferred. Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
