Who You Are The Shopper Marketing Coordinator drives the execution and optimization of shopper marketing programs across retail and eCommerce. They adapt and deploy toolkits for key retailers, track campaign performance and budgets, and deliver insights for continuous improvement. The role also oversees digital shelf content creation and syndication (PDPs, A+ content, brand shops), partnering with cross-functional teams and managing item setup and maintenance through platforms like Salsify, Syndigo, and Nielsen Brandbank.

What You're Good At

Execute Shopper Marketing Activations: Support the development and rollout of shopper marketing programs across key retailers to drive brand visibility and sales for the Nutrabolt portfolio.

Toolkit Customization & Deployment: Adapt and localize global or regional shopper marketing toolkits to align with retailer-specific requirements and local market dynamics.

Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs.

Budget Oversight: Manage shopper marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and cost-effective activations that deliver measurable impact.

Digital Shelf Content Management: Lead the creation, onboarding, and syndication of digital shelf assets including PDP copy and imagery, enhanced A+ content, brand shops, and brand storytelling.

Item Setup & Syndication: Manage new item onboarding, attribute mapping, version control, and ongoing maintenance of digital shelf content through platforms such as Walmart Salsify, Syndigo, and Nielsen Brandbank.

What You Contribute

Ideally has 1-2+ years’ experience in shopper, trade and/or E-commerce.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure.

Experience juggling multiple priorities across various retailers simultaneously.

Be an internal expert on select customers, understanding key customer strategies and successful metrics to create collaborative, consumer-first, brand-building plans.

Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting/public speaking.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods is strongly preferred, specifically beverage.

Work Environment Austin HQ, 10-15% Travel
