Who You Are As Nutrabolt’s Shopper Marketing Associate Manager, you will own the retail/execution strategy and development for FSOP, Military and Specialty channels for C4 Energy and Bloom Beverage. You will develop programming that drives short and long‑term sales, as well as builds our brand equity. This role involves marrying customer priorities with deep consumer insight/data and our brand growth ambitions to identify joint programming that will fuel consumer demand. Focus will be on communication and collaboration with the key customer teams to drive customer buy‑in and programming execution.

What You’re Good At

Understanding the shopper journey and incorporating insights across retailer, channel, brand, and shopper

Leveraging brand assets and programming and translating those into retailer‑specific shopper programs to drive velocities and gain off‑shelf placement

Developing KPIs to determine program success and improve on future programming

Analyzing and reporting on how well each program initiative achieves its specific objectivesStrong understanding of Military (DECA), Natural (Sprouts, Whole Foods), and Foodservice customers preferred

Building and maintaining relationships across sales, brand, trade, and category management

Forging strong partnerships with retail marketing counterparts

Being the voice of Customer Retail Opportunities in customer calls/line reviews and internal meetings

Strong budget management: managing the shopper budget to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility

What You Contribute

Ideally has 3+ years’ experience in shopper, trade and/or E‑commerce

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment under pressure

Experience juggling multiple priorities across various retailers simultaneously

Be an internal expert on select customers, understanding key customer strategies and successful metrics to create collaborative, consumer‑first, brand‑building plans.

Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting/public speaking

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience working with Consumer‑Packaged Goods is strongly preferred, specifically beverage.

In this position, your goals and KPI’s will be focused on:

Sales‑based metrics (e.g., post‑event sales, share growth, ACV % Display)

Engagement‑based (e.g. digital clicks, trade/display support)

Work Environment:

Austin HQ Hybrid, 15‑20% travel required.
