Role: Assists and supports the Marketing Department operations
Your Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Promotional product management (selection, ordering, inventory, vendor coordination)
Blaze attire management (selection, ordering, inventory, vendor coordination)
Blaze brand store management (approve orders, oversee offsite inventory, assist staff with orders as needed)
Assist with organizing and planning community events, Annual Meeting, all-staff meeting and staff celebrations
Mascot management (scheduling and maintenance)
Manage corporate tickets, vouchers, and related software/vendors
Storeroom and office supply management
Proofread marketing materials and communications
Budget tracking
Coordination of branch marketing materials (Quarterly)
Plan and implement Youth Advisory Council events
Care packages and donation packages coordination
Other Duties
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Requirements Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses
Minimum High School degree or equivalent
Minimum2–3 years of relevant experience required; marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated Knowledge
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Communication Skills Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.
Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.

The salary range for this position is: $22.53-$28.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $40 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
