Trusted worldwide, MityLite products are found primarily in banquet, meeting, and event venues in the hospitality, education, government, and worship markets. Our marketing department is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. We need a dynamic self-motivated individual to create and edit engaging content across various platforms. Responsibilities: Write and edit marketing emails, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional campaigns. Create clear, persuasive product descriptions for websites, catalogs, and sales materials. Develop SEO-optimized blog posts and long-form content based on keyword research and search intent. Write and update website copy, including landing pages, category pages, and resource content. Draft press releases and assist with public announcements, product launches, and brand updates. Support SEO backlinking efforts through content creation, outreach, and collaboration with external partners, publications, and directories. Identify opportunities for earned links, guest content, citations, and content placements that align with brand and SEO goals. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging standards. Manage content-related copyright and trademark records, including usage tracking and documentation. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches. Review and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency. Maintain and update existing content to improve performance, accuracy, and SEO value. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and brands. Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Experience writing for digital channels such as email, blogs, and websites. Familiarity with content management systems and basic marketing tools. Attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects at once. Basic understanding of copyright and trademark concepts, or willingness to learn. Nice to Have: Experience with backlink outreach, guest posting, digital PR, or content syndication Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools. Background in B2B, e-commerce, or product-focused marketing. Experience collaborating with designers and developers.
