HUNGRY Jr. Marketing Manager
who lives for growth hacks, obsesses over metrics, and turns small budgets into massive returns. This isn’t a slow corporate marketing job. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role for someone who thrives on owning campaigns end-to-end and fighting tooth-and-nail for every point of ROAS and ROI.
What You’ll Do (and crush)
Hunt daily: scout and build relationships with high-potential influencers, micro to macro, across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond (DM outreach, negotiation, gifting strategy, contract management)
Track and own KPIs obsessively: monitor ROAS, ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement—report weekly, spot trends, and pivot fast to protect/grow numbers
Build and execute complex marketing strategies: multi-channel plans blending organic, paid social, influencer collabs, email/SMS flows, and content that drive direct revenue
Lead complex campaign execution & management: from concept to launch—coordinate shoots, assets, scheduling, approvals, and performance optimization
Own mass emails & mass texts: design high-converting Klaviyo flows, segmentation, A/B testing, automation sequences, and blast campaigns that move product
Maintain Shopify & backend systems: product uploads, merchandising, SEO tweaks, data accuracy, app integrations, and site health to support seamless scaling
Produce cinematic-level video content: edit scroll-stopping reels, stories, and ads on iPhone or pro tools—make every frame feel luxurious and irresistible
Handle photo editing: retouch, color grade, and polish campaign imagery to editorial standards on tight timelines
Plan photoshoots on small budgets: location scout, model/talent sourcing, mood boards, shot lists, and execution—maximize impact with minimal spend
Fight relentlessly for results: analyze data, optimize creatives, negotiate better terms, test aggressively, and defend/grow our ROAS & ROI targets—no excuses
Who You Are
1–3 years in marketing (fashion/e-commerce is a huge plus, but raw hustle and results trump years)
Data-driven and persuasive—you live in spreadsheets, love proving impact, and won’t settle for mediocre metrics
Creative powerhouse: strong eye for boho-luxury aesthetics, skilled in video/photo editing (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
Comfortable wearing many hats: from strategy to execution to grunt work—no task is beneath you
Fearless with outreach: cold DMs to influencers, pitching collabs, chasing responses
On-camera ready: confident filming quick, polished content straight from your phone
Willing to travel occasionally (trade shows, Paris inspiration trips, pop-ups)
Bonus: you speak French, you geek out over DTC growth tactics, and you look killer in a flowy Strawberry Paris dress or embroidered blouse
What You Get
Base salary $$50K–$60K (depending on experience) + performance bonuses tied to marketing KPIs
Strawberry Paris takes aprox. up to 15% of the net profit per year and distributes it to team bonuses
