The Relationship Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing BFSI client relationships within our IT Services and Consulting business. This role is focused on account farming, driving incremental revenue through relationship deepening, cross-sell, and upsell of technology and consulting services. The ideal candidate combines strong client relationship skills with a solid understanding of BFSI environments and IT services delivery models. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $125k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned BFSI client accounts. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams. Develop a strong understanding of client priorities, roadmaps, and challenges.

Revenue Growth (Farming Focus)

Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing engagements. Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital, cloud, data, AI, application modernization, and managed services. Support renewals, extensions, and incremental deal closures. Contribute to account plans, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with solutions, delivery, and industry teams to shape proposals and responses. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and reporting in CRM systems.

Delivery Alignment & Client Satisfaction

Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction. Proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations to protect and grow relationships.

Requirements 5–8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sales roles. Experience managing or supporting BFSI client accounts (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance). Strong understanding of IT services offerings and global delivery models. Proven experience in account expansion, renewals, and relationship-led sales. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Client-centric mindset with solid commercial acumen. Collaborative approach and ability to work in matrixed organizations. Organized, proactive, and results oriented.
