Learning Content Developer

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to join our team. You will create high-impact learning materials for the sales teams, managers & senior leaders. These learning materials empower global sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to sell products, plus develop leader's skills to support their teams & grow the business.
In this role, you will work with a Learning Experience Designer & project teams to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, and create engaging content & assets. This role’s primary responsibility is developing learning assets for our sales audiences and senior leaders.
Needs analysis and performance consulting, sales methodology fluency, adult learning theory and learning science, instructional design (ADDIE, agile, and hybrid models), learner experience (LX) design, evaluation and impact measurement (Kirkpatrick/ROI), stakeholder management and executive communication, SME partnership and content extraction, learning content strategy and prioritization, storytelling and narrative design, scenario-based and experiential learning design, practice and coaching design for reps and managers, change management and adoption strategy, data literacy and learning analytics, AI-enabled learning design (prompting, simulations, role-play, personalization), AI tools evaluation and governance, content automation and scaling with AI, ethical and responsible AI use, learning technology ecosystem fluency (LMS/LXP, CRM, sales tools), project and program management, clarity and simplicity in design
Responsibilities
Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
Develop content for in person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years’ experience synthesizing content in simplified performance support content (knowledge articles, job aids, etc).
4+ years’ experience building assets for live, in person or virtual learning moments using
4+ years’ experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points.
Previous experience creating learning material for the sales enablement team
Preferred Qualifications
Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with multimedia design.
Experience working on a multi-cultural team.
Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is 50.00 to $65.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
