The
Lead Lifecycle Manager
is the operational owner of every inbound and active lead in our ecosystem. You are accountable for the full lifecycle from the moment a lead enters our system to the moment the loan closes.
This role combines operational rigor, cross functional leadership, and sharp analytical intuition. You will ensure our team meets and exceeds SLAs for lead response times, follow-up cadence, lead assignment, and customer experience across all touchpoints. You will partner closely with sales leadership, individual sales reps, and the tech/data teams to ensure seamless processes, airtight visibility, and continuous optimization of the entire lead funnel. Key Responsibilities Full Lead Lifecycle Ownership
Own 100% of inbound and active leads across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure timely lead intake, routing, assignment, and initial response in alignment with SLAs.
Monitor rep follow-up cadence and enforce process adherence through visibility, dashboards, and coaching loops.
Maintain operational accountability from lead receipt through deal closing.
Lead Funnel Optimization
Track and analyze lead performance across all lifecycle stages; identify friction and take action to remove it.
Evaluate lead quality by source, channel, and campaign; provide actionable guidance to marketing and leadership.
Strengthen lead scoring models, routing rules, and assignment logic to maximize conversion.
CrossFunctional Partnership
Within the marketing team, improve lead quality, nurture strategy, and message alignment.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to reinforce SLA expectations and ensure high-quality handoffs.
Partner with tech/data teams to refine CRM workflows, dashboards, automation, and reporting.
Develop proactive strategies to revive stalled, aging, or unworked leads.
Recommend and execute tactics that reduce sales cycle length and improve engagement.
Support targeted nurture campaigns aligned to buyer intent signals.
Systems, Tracking & Operational Excellence
Ensure CRM accuracy, data integrity, and pipeline hygiene.
Own automation and workflow improvements to streamline lead movement.
Enhance reporting visibility so leadership and reps always know pipeline health, SLA performance, and funnel conversion metrics.
What You Bring to the Table
3–6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, lifecycle management, or similar roles.
Proven experience owning and optimizing lead funnels at scale.
Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Data-driven approach with experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Operationally assertive: comfortable setting standards, enforcing SLAs, and driving accountability.
Excellent communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
