Job Description: Job Summary The Market Analyst supports the execution of a customer-focused, integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role combines marketing analysis with hands-on campaign execution, including brand marketing, digital initiatives, CRM support, and consumer website coordination. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and business goals. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analysis & Strategy Research market conditions to evaluate potential sales opportunities and consumer demand. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends by analyzing collected data. Gather and analyze competitor data related to pricing, sales performance, and marketing strategies. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs. Manage day-to-day tactical execution across brand, retail, CRM, and digital marketing channels. Coordinate consumer website activities in partnership with digital and operational stakeholders. Support development, production, and deployment of marketing materials in collaboration with creative partners. Track media and production budgets with accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with cross-functional partners and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment. Coordinate approvals and ensure adherence to established marketing processes and standards. Support implementation of integrated retail and dealer marketing initiatives. Contribute ideas and initiatives that support overall team goals and long-term marketing strategy. Market & Industry Knowledge Develop expertise in the assigned product category, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends. Apply insights from analytics and metrics to provide concise summaries and recommendations to stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in ambiguous environments. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and site performance metrics. Creative, customer-centric mindset with a results-driven approach. Technical & Professional Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with marketing workflow, CRM, or project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and site management concepts preferred (technical execution supported by partners). Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, advertising, or a related role. Agency experience and industry-specific experience are preferred but not required. Work Arrangement Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
