We are seeking individuals who not only meet the qualifications, but who also align with our values and team-first culture./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliLead full-cycle searches from kickoff to close, across manager-level to VP-level roles/liliPartner with portfolio company executives and K1 deal partners in leading searches end to end across the portfolio including phone/video/onsite interviews, managing all communication/coordination with candidates, scheduling/travel, conducting references/back channels, formal assessments, closing candidates, etc./liliBuild a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound applicants/liliProactively introduce prospective candidates to both internal and external stakeholders.
