We manage Salesforce as the central platform connecting Sales, Marketing, and Finance integrating key tools, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy. Through Salesforce CPQ, we enable effective prospecting, quoting, and deal management, while Salesforce Billing ensures precise invoicing, revenue recognition, and subscription management. We strive to deliver a unified, data-driven Salesforce ecosystem that supports growth and an exceptional customer experience./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliServe as a senior system administrator for the Salesforce.com Revenue Cloud environment that includes CPQ and Billing/liliSupport all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, validations, flows, and other routine tasks within Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and other managed packages/liliComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades/liliCoordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests/liliWork with other members of the Salesforce administrator team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities/liliWork independently to maintain subject matter expertise with each new Salesforce.com release/liliEngage with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs/liliDevelop elegant, simple, and scalable solutions/liliPerform extensive system testing to ensure that the systems work efficiently and are developed following the applicable development methodology/li/ulh3Your Qualifications:/h3ulliMinimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with Salesforce CPQ and Billing experience/liliFamiliarity with integrated ERP tools (i.e. Netsuite)/liliDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards/liliSales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ certifications preferred/liliExcellent project management skills and a positive attitude/liliCreative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills/liliDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs/li/ulh3Compensation:/h3ulliOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $110k - $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
