One of our leading client is seeking a Human Resource Specialist - Rewards to join their Total Rewards team. This role is responsible for administering and managing our global compensation and benefits programs with a strong focus on compliance, employee experience, Recruitment and operational excellence. Job Description: Min 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related function Good experience in Recruitment Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting and visualization. Good Experience compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and benefits administration. Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through dashboards and reports. Leads compensation reviews and job evaluations for moderately complex cases, including reclassifications, internal promotions, and organizational changes. Independently determines classifications and pay actions using data analysis and documentation, serving as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions.
