
A family owned real estate firm is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration to lead the company’s finance and human resources functions. Reporting to the President and CEO, this role oversees financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and HR administration across their real estate, property management, construction, brokerage, and energy businesses.

Responsibilities: Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple business entities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Monitor cash flow and provide insights on company and property-level performance. Ensure strong internal controls and safeguard company assets. Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital projects through financial analysis. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting (CPA, CMA, preferred). Experience in real estate or property management preferred. Strong Excel and accounting software skills; experience with HRIS or property management software is a plus.
